Podcasts

Sigma Nutrition Radio Podcast

(Nutrition Science)

Hosted by Danny Lennon, this is one of my personal favorites.

It is an interview based podcast that covers a whole host of topics with experts in that particular field. Mainly aimed at nutrition science but also covering a broad range of other topics, it is a great "gateway" podcast to other resources as the guests have dedicated their lives to the paticular topic in discussion.

The host, Danny, does and outstading job keeping the dicussions flowing with and open mind so that no area is left uncoved. He is very unbiased so it really allows the interviewee can have an open flaw to do what they do best.

It is a great podcast to ensure that you get the right information, from all angles and opinions, so you can for an educated opinion on any topic.

Pre warning, it is very science heavy at times but I promise that you won't be disappointed at the value you get from this podcast.

Stronger By Science Podcast

(Evidence Based Training and Nutrition)

Hosted by Eric Trexler (not Helms) and Greg Knukols this podcast is fantastic to help you understand the latest and greatest ways to get the best out of your individual training and nutrition.

The hosts offer a light harted and someone comedic atmospher which really helps to diggest the great, and often hard science heavy, information.

They have a great stucture to their podcast to help break up their show (often reach 2+ hours of content) which either is set up as a Q&A in which they answer questions that they recieve or a combo show where they put forward their opinions on topics of interest and then have an interview with an expert at the end.

This is a great resource to help you sift through all the often missleading information out there in the health and fitness feild.

The Revive Stronger Podcast

(All Things Training and Nutrition, Mainly Aimed at Body Building and Strength Sports)

Hosted by Steve Hall this podast is very simiplae to the 3D Muscle Journey, Stronger By Science and Iron Culture Podcast so if you enjoyed them you will also very much enjoy this one.

Another great perspective and a whole host of topics.

"The Improvement Season" segments with Steve's co-host can take some time to get to the point so I would recommend skipping forward around 20mins as they generally have some great content.
