Q: How do I book a class?
There are a few ways to book in an Age Well Group session. Here are a couple of ways:
1) From the Home Page of our Website www.moefitness.com.au
Click the ‘Book a Session’ button on the home page of the website, this will will direct you to our booking page.
Find the ‘Book an Age Well Class’ section.
Select SCOS Age Well Group Training
Select the type of class you wish to book
Select the preferred date and time. Please note that you can book multiple sessions at a time.
Fill out your information and other required fields.
Fill out your preferred payment details.
Click add to calendar so you don’t miss your session.
2) By saving and using the direct link.

Head to the above link.

Q: What is the Strength Class?
This Class is designed to improve strength, bone density & muscle mass. We utilise key exercise science principles combined with a progressively overloading approach over two distinct programs each week.
Like all of our classes, the programs are designed in 6 week blocks. Over the 6 weeks, you will be encouraged to progress through load and reps to ensure you gain the stimulus required to get the results you are looking for.
Consistency is KEY for best results. To help aid with consistency we have the following recommendations:
Attend at least one strength class per week (ideally two or more).
Find a session time that suits you and stick with it. Our schedule is uniform and so are the programs, however we do have different strength sessions run throughout the week. To make sure you are getting the most out of the progressive model, it is highly recommended that you stick to the same times and days each week.
Attend the entire 6 week block - They are designed to be run in full.
Q: What is the Cardio & Mobility Class?
This class is designed to improve mobility and functionality. We utilise a mix of Asia release techniques, PNF and dynamic stretching as well as functional movements to ensure our members remain limber, mobile and pain free well after the session.
Q: What is the Stability & Cardio Class?
This class is designed to improve cardiovascular health, balance and co-ordination, and reduce common aches and pains. We use a blend of low-moderate intensity cardio exercise, core & counterbalance movements to build a well rounded session.
Q: How do I reschedule a group session?
To reschedule an Age Well Group Session use the following steps:
Find the confirmation email you received when you booked in the Age Well Group session and open it.
Click the “Change/Cancel Appointment” button. This will redirect you to the online booking platform.
Click the “Reschedule” Button”.
Select a more suitable time to reschedule your appointment to. Click “Done”.
You’re appointment will be rescheduled to the new time. You will receive a booking confirmation.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
All our bookings are non refundable. However, you can reschedule a booked session to another available time via our online booking system up to 24 hours before the class. I you do not make your appointment, you will be charged in full inside that 24 hour period before the time of the booking.
Age Well Group Membership
Q: What do I get with the Age Well Group Membership?
The Age Well Group Membership allows you access to unlimited group classes in that billing cycle.
The membership is billed weekly. Upon payment of the membership fee, you will have unlimited access to all classes offered for that billing cycle.
Note: You are still required to book your class online to attend, so be sure that you book in advance. Spaces are limited.
To use your membership on our online booking platform head to https://moefitness.com.au/age-well-small-group-scos .
Select the class you are wanting to book and filling in your details. Then click proceed to payment.
Scroll past the payment section until you see a “Package, gift or coupon code” field. Click the “+” button and input your code membership code and click “apply”. This will activate your membership and wave the class fee.
Click “Confirm" to book in your class.
Another easy option to use your membership to book in an Age Well Group session is as follows:
Find either the confirmation email the you received when you purchases the Age Well Group Membership, or the email you receive to confirm payment at the start of each billing period.
Open the email and click on “Schedule”. This will automatically apply you membership code when booking.

Q: How do I Sign up to an Age Well Group Membership?
Follow these steps:

Follow the prompts to sign up to the membership.
Look out for an email with your booking code so you can use the code at the checkout to wave the individual booking fee.
Save your code for further use.
Q: Who is the Age Well Group Membership ideal for?
Someone who is wanting to do 2+ sessions per week and looking for the highest value option.
Q: How do I use my Age Well Group Membership to book an Age Well group Class?

Q: How do I cancel my Age Well Group Membership?
There are multiple ways to cancel your subscription with us:
Upon signing up, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include the details of you purchase and include your booking Code. There will also be a link “Change or cancel subscriptions”. Click the link, then click the “Cancel” button. This cancel your Age Well Group Membership.
You will receive and email each billing period confirming your membership payments been processed. Open this email, click on the “Change/Cancel Subscription” Button. Click “Cancel”. This will cancel your Age Well Group Membership.
