How It Works.
Get in contact with your friends and rally the troops. Each session is $25/person with a minimum of 4 people. Discounts on packages available.
Give us a call and book in a session. We are booking based and very flexible on times, so whatever your schedule, we have you covered!
Come on down to Grant Reserve for a fun and challenging workout. We would recommend bringing a towel and water bottle… you’ll probably need them. All of our sessions are private, so it will just be you and your friends.

Our sessions will be held in Coogee at Grant Reserve.
Our group based sessions utilise multiple training modalities with a focus on full body development and proper exercise technique. We also offer a wide variety of different training styles to help you and your friends have the best experience possible whilst getting fit and healthy.
